What is your refund policy?
REFUND POLICY: Refunds will be made only if contact has been made with our company regarding the reason for return and if product is returned within 10 business days of contact with our company. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment and will be for the purchasing price of the product only. If a refund is not granted; Designs By Chance will gladly issue a replacement product. 100% customer satisfaction is our goal.
What kind of payments do you accept?
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT: We accept Paypal, Credit Cards, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks. When an order is placed with a personal check; the order will be held for 7 business days to insure the check clears. We do not currently accept COD orders.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
SHIPPING: Currently we only offer shipping to locations on the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. We are looking at expanding this in the future.
Can I have an item made with one of my own pictures?
CUSTOM DESIGNS: Absolutely! If you would like an item made with your own image simply contact us and we will guide you through submitting your image and choosing your design.
